08 May 2010 A person having 2 flats (Ground Floor and Second Floor) purchased some 20 years back is now going to enter into an agreement with flat promoters for getting 2 flats in exchange for the above 2 flats.

Whether 2 new flats will get exemption u/s.54 ?
