sir, My client is a cook. his last year A.y. 2012-13 total labour charge income Rs.278400 and net profit for same year is Rs.167495. he filed his first return for first time for same A.y. in that he select no option for liable for account maintain but he feed all data in p&l and B/s like tele. exp .salary exp. also show all assets like debtors creditors etc. now i want to file return for A.Y 2013-14 so. can i file return as no books of account maintain without feeding P&L and B/s data
