In case of bill amount is more than Rs. 20000/- payment can be made in case in parts wchich is not more than Rs. 20000/- and not in a single day...say for example purchase of material of Rs. 100000/- and payments has been made in 5 different days which not more than Rs. 20000/- in each case? Whether there are any disallowances u.s 40A(3)???
