Please tell me in case of payment made to different vehicles of same transporters in excess of Rs.35000 per day will attract dis-allowance?

is there any case law? there are different bills for each vehicle and payment received by different parties. But bills are of same transporter.

It will definitely attract dis-allowance as the relevant section says that the payment has to be to the particular person and not vehicle. even if there is one vehicle and the payment limit is crossed, there is disallowance
