29 July 2013 My TDS deducted u/s 194J Rs 3500/- for A.Y. 13-14. I have no other income. Pl guide me which Income tax return i will file? Is it ok if i file ITR 2? Is it require for me to maintain books of accounts? Thanks in advance...

Since the deduction u/s.194J. Suggested to file ITR-4 to show the income and claim TDS
