Sec.112 is applicable to all Assessees whose total income includes any income arising from the transfer of Long Term Cap. Assets The benefit of Sec.112 i-e indexation or without indexation is apply only in case of Capital Gain on Transfer of Listed Securities the said benefit is not available for Long term Cap Gain on Property
