What is the procedure of the Scrutiny if one think's that the marks obtained is much below the expectation level...is there any prescribed form of Scrutiny by ICAI..???...nd how can i know about the last date of filing up the scrutiny...???Pls tell me the complete procedure of scrutiny...!!!
