At present paying Directors Remuneration (Pvt. Ltd. Co.) 10 Lakh. We are deducting TDS on whole 10 Lakh as per applicable Slab Rates. What are the avenues to minimise this TDS liability.?

I think u want to know wats to reduce tax liability of directors u can mail me the salary structure of the concerned person I will give u a plan to reduce tax liability
