What is Qualification Required for Sales Tax practitioner enrollment as per Maharashtra Vat. as per my knowledge b.com is also sufficient.... please guide me

1.Sales Tax authority under section 82 of the Maharashtra Value Added Tax Act, 2002 2.Educational qualification under Rule 51 read with Sec. 288(2)(vi) are: A degree in Commerce or Law conferred by any of the following Universities:
I. Indian Universities: Any Indian University incorporated by any law for the time being in force besides other named Universities in England, Wales, Scotland, Ireland, Burma and Pakistan. clause (vi) of sub-section (2) of section 288 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 3.Please see the attachment

You start and develop contact with people, if possible you also become Income Tax Practitioner, over a period of time it will benefit you.
Lot many questions were raised by you to the expert but the thing is this this is in your interest. If you want to be an expert on Sales Tax then solve the problems of many traders who are misguided and are victims of the unhelpful people and the traders are harassed.
