sales tax deposit can it be claimed back

04 November 2008 I have deposited sales tax deposit Rs10000 right now am not carrying on the business since 4years am not carrying can i claim the deposit amount.If yes whats the procedure and if No can i claim as bad debts.

04 November 2008 file the annual return assessment will be done and if no tax is due you will get a refund order.
