Sale to unregistered dealer in goa

13 April 2013 Dear Sir,
We wanted to sell goods to unregistered dealer it is local sale the item is taxable @5% as per schedule B of Goa value added tax we wanted to know whether it is taxable @5% or at higher rate because dealer is not registered but we are registered.

13 April 2013 VAT will be applicale at the same rate either he is registered under Vat or not.

Rate of tax will be diffrent only if sale is interstate that too when C Form is issued to you
