WHAT IS THE LIMIT OF CASH PURCHASE OR SALE OF GOOD(e.g. GOLD) BY A PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY.

19 January 2012 As such there is no limit on the amount of cash purchases or sales.

However, provisions of Section 40A(3) should be kept in mind to avoid disallowance of purchases.
