22 July 2009 My parents have shares in Share Certificate Forms(Paper). We want to sell them off, how can we sell those shares? What are the charges that can be attracted against sale of shares?

22 July 2009 I thing u hv to first opened a demat account in yr name jointly with yr parents then trf. this physical shares to demat & then u sell.

further u concern the share broker also.
