I am a businessman running a store of designer ladies suits as a proprietor, my wife has done post graduation and assisting me in the business for which I am paying her salary. Can I pay salary to my wife ??? It will be allowed as deduction.

Dear Yes you can pay the salary to your wife, but it should not be more than the amount she would have earned if she is paid by other employer.
