company paid rs. 420000 to director for financial year 2010-11 and some amount of tds deduct(Rs 15000) in april 2011 then what will be the accounting entry in books of accounts

company should show its liability in books as on 31 march and make suitable tds provision on same date entry will be on 31 march Directio remuneration DR to TDS Payable to Director remuneration payable
