One of My client(doctor) received Salary from a hospital and his income in the Previous year is within the exemption limit. But a TDS u/s 194J has been deducted by the employer.
My doubt is that do i need to show some income as Income from Profession since TDS u/s 194J has been deducted or its fine to show the income from salary and claim the refund??

Since the TDS is deducted u/s 194J it can not be said as income from salary.You will have to income from profession and tds refund can be claimed.
