MY CLIENT GOT 5,00,000 SALARY FROM MARITIUS WHEN HE WAS THEIR FOR TOTAL 175 DAYS FOR VERY FIRST TIME......NO ANY TAXES DEDUCTED FROM HIS SALARY. BUT CLIENT SAYS THAT HIS COMPANY HAVE PAID TAXES ON HIS BEHALF DIRECTLY.....WILL HIS SALARY WILL BE TAXABLE IN INDIA SINCE HE IS ORDINARY RESIDENT

You have to check the double taxation agreement with Maritus. If there is no details of TDS then the income is taxable in India as he is not a NRI
