1.Will someone pls. advise how to breakup/Calculate the salary in pvt. ltd. company( exp- gross salary 20,000)into basic , hra, DA, Special Allownace etc.?

The break up can be done based on the policy of the company..generally it so broken up that the maximum tax benefit can be enjoyed by the employee...
