Salary and slips

My employer pays us salary by cash in hand, doesn't give on time, sometimes half salary, doesn't give salary slips too, now feared of not paying for next month when I want to quit.
I only have offer letter sent via email. No id cards, no proper documents except visiting cards.
What to do?
