50% of Salary should be basic 40% of Basic should be HRA CA-1600 rest other allowance. But Basic shold not be less than minimum salary specified in Minimum wages act of particular zone applicable as per state of law

There is no specific rulling about how much basic should be the % of salary. You can put number of component in salary structure.It has to follow the minimum Wages act only.
