23 June 2016 I am salary person. I switched my job in sep 2015. because of this, my tax liablility is coming at 40000 whereas my tds deducted is only 6000 (as i did not inform about my previous income to my new employer)
I wanted to know whether Interest under section 234b & 234c will be leviable in my case???

23 June 2016 yes you tax liablity is more than Rs. 10000 in a year then you are liable to pay the intt if you not pay the tax before the year end.
