I am currently doing ipcc (attempt due in may) and want to reg. myself with icsi for dec 2012 foundation attempt and want to know if there are any rules and regulations for me like permission from icai for reg.and any other such rules

As of now you are not undergoing the articleship training, so no permission is required from ICAI.Once you clear your IPCC and start articleship you have to take permission from ICAI in form -112 for pursuing CS.
