13 July 2012 Normally when seller transfers the goods to its branch then branch has to issue Form "F". now if the branch returns those goods to seller then kindly let me know that would seller issue the Form f to its branch also?
kindly reply soon.

13 July 2012 Yes, according to section 6 of the CST act, form f has to be issued when a branch transfers to its head office and vice versa to prove it as a stock transfer.
