Rules for industrial training ?


12 March 2012 1)IS IT NECESSARY THAT THE PERIOD OF INDUSTRIAL TRAINING SHOULD BE EXACT 9 MONTHS OR 1 YEAR ?

2)AND AS PER THE RULES LAID DOWN BY ICAI, THE ARTICLE MUST INFORM THE PRINCIPAL THREE MONTHS PRIOR THE DATE OF JOINING OF INDUSTRIAL TRAINING ?

3) SHALL THE PERIOD OF INDUSTRIAL TRAINING BE TAKEN AT A STRETCH ?
e.g) if one has 9 months of training, can he do 5 months continuous & then go on Final CA leave and complete the rest 4 months after coming from Exams ?

The period of industrial training may range between 9 months to 12 months.On satisfactory completion of industrial training by an articled / audit assistant, the associate / fellow member under whom the industrial training is received shall issue a certificate in Form No.105 in respect of the training undergone. Refer to Training Guide for a specimen copy of this Form.

10 April 2012 the expert is correct and has given you the correct advise


17 April 2012 So at the time of joining Industrial Training i have to submit two forms i.e

1)Form 109 (to be signed by my current principal) &...

2)Form 104 (to be signed by the company in which i will undergo I.T)

Both to be submitted in institute....
