19 April 2012 I which are?? i mean in costing or finance or accounts?? CA has got role in all these areas.

20 April 2012 If it is a developing company, i.e. in project stage, then CA can take control over such company in assisting for capitalisation and also so much of knowledge can be gained in Indirect taxes.
If it is looking for expansion, importance will be there in Finance where u need to procure funds. Apart from that u have ur regular accounting job.
Overall, it will be good. But also see the salary part of it.
