please clarify wrt annual filing for FY 2013-14 for pvt.ltd companies now. Form 23AC/ ACA & Form 66 is not available in MCA Websites and Form MGT-7 and AOC-4 is not acceptable for FY 2013-14.

Maximum time limit of 270 days has been expired. Section 403(2) will be applied and the Company need to apply for compounding and with penalty these documents will be filed.
