THE ROC FORM 23AC IS HAVING ONLY 5 COLUMNS FOR DIRECTORS INFORMATION, BUT IF THE COMPANY IS HAVING MORE THAN 5 DIRECTORS HOW TO ADD THE 6TH DIRECTOR DETAILS ON THE ROC 23AC FORM AND HOW TO DO THE PRESCRUTINY FOR THE SAME. AND HOW TO UPLOAD THE SAME ? PLEASE GUIDE ME

No need to give details of all directors in Form-23AC. You only give the details of director who sign the balance sheet in point no.3 of Form-23AC.

Dear GIRISH . . it is not required to provide all directors details in form 23ac . . in form 23AC you need to provide Details of director(s), Managing Director, manager, secretary of the company who have signed the balance sheet only. . .
