10 September 2014 Which forms will applicable for FY 13-14.
what process should be followed.? if the company is incorporated 24-2-2014 what will be the due date for filling annual forms?

11 September 2014 1. Form 20B- For Annual return within 60 days from the date AGM

2. Form 23AC & 23ACA- For Balance sheet and P & L within 30 days of AGM

3. Form 66- Compliance certificate (if applicable)-Within 30 days of AGM

Company must held 1st AGM within 9 months from the date of closure of 1st Financial Year. Annual filing must be made accordingly.
