My Pvt ltd company appointed temperiory director for signing income tax Return after that that director will be regining from company what is risk for temperiorly director

27 September 2010 No risk involved as such.

However compliance of appointment and resignation is necessary to validate the appointment.

Within 30 days of appointment in the BM file form 32 with ROC.

Also within 30 days of resignation file form 32 with ROC for resignation.
