Is it Mandatory for a MSME Private Limited Company to Maintain RG23. I came across a MSME company which said that it is not mandatory for them to maintain RG23

Presently, it is not mandatory to maintain Rg-23-1. However it is necessary to maintain Rg23-A PartII & Rg 23-C PartII showing availment of cenvat credit & mandatory to maintain DSA (Daily stock account) under rule 10 of Central excise rules 2002.
