1) Is it true that the RG registers have been withdrawn?? 2) If it still exists, then what are the consequences of non-compliance ie for not maintaining the registers??

Its a Optional either you can maintain in Any Accounts pakage in your computer. But it is nesesory to inform to Department in written (list of register maintain).

The said company is maintaining the same in Excel. But the manual register is not updated. Does it attract any fines/penalties??? if so under what section???
