16 October 2012 Can the revised shedule VI applicable to a company which incorporate on 15/03/2011? if yes than how? and applicability of Shedule VI

16 October 2012 Revised Schedule VI is applicable for ALL companies registered under the Companies Act.

The same is applicable from FY 2011-12. This means that financial statements for FY 2011-12 have to be prepared as per Revised Schedule VI.

17 October 2012 Thank u. But I want to know that for eg. A company is incorporate on 15/03/2011 how it can manage its B/S and P&l A/C in acordence with Se. 166 and how it could file E-form 23AC&ACA?
