No. It is not applicable for May 2011 exam. It has been confirmed that Ministry of Corporate Affairs while addressing the Council of ICAI on 24/03/2011 has agreed to postpone the applicability of the new Schedule VI to 2011-12. Details will be uploaded to MCA site soon.
