Under which head Preliminary exp written off for the Current FY is to be shown in the Inome statement as per the requirment of Schedule VI ?

Preliminary expenses written off can be shown under "other expenses" on the face of the statement of Profit & Loss.

Yes, There is No Such Condition Placed in Revised Schedule.
