25 July 2012 if company employee hire a vehicle during his official traveling then "is the company is liable to pay service tax as receiver of the service or not?"

25 July 2012 If the bill comes in the name of company, need to pay as receiver, if the bills have been taken in the name of employee and reimbursed then no need to take such reverse method on that.
