06 December 2012 For service tax on reverse mechanism the customer is charging seervice tax on the bill.
Should we again pay service tax on the same bill as a service receipient on the same??
For eg., legal services by individuals = 10,000 + service tax 12.36% = 11236.
Should we have to pay service tax on the total bill i.e., 11236 at reverse mechanism?
