17 September 2013 whether reverse charge mechanism in case of transporters is applicable in case of proprietor ship concern , partnership concern or not.

17 September 2013 Hi,
We have to pay 40% of Service Tax for Cabs/hire under reverse charge mechanism & it is applicable to all concern & no matter whether it is propertior concern or not. Good Luck...
