While amending ST1 regarding reverse charge, i have selected the service recipient option. Do i have to select GTA service from the drop down list for taxable services to be provided.

30 May 2013 yes you have to mention the category for which you are service recipient other wise what is the use of creating categories if government will not get the data that on which service they are getting the tax.

also selection is necessary for further compliance of tax payment etc while putting the respective codes.
