There are services under Reverse Charge Mechanism where Service Receiver is not liable for CENVAT Credit. One is Rent-a-Cab Service. Which one is the other service?

as far as my knowledge is concerned., in every service the service tax you paid in reverse charge can be claimed as input cenvat credit.,
