23 January 2016 we have disposed old machinery from the factory which was availed cenvat credit at the time of purchase. now how to calculate reversal of cenvat credit as per central excise rules.

23 January 2016 Reverse the cenvat by 2.5% each quarter or part from date of utilization of cenvat or ed on transaction value which ever is higher
