ONE OF MY CLIENT HAS NOT FILED HIS RETURN FOR LAST 5 ASST. YEAR. I.E; HE HAS LAST FILED HIS RETURN FOR THE ASST. YEAR-2008-09. NOW CAN I UPLOAD THE RETURN FROM ASST. YEAR 2009-10 TO CURRENT ASST. YEAR. PLEASE SUGGEST

No you cannot upload return for Ay_2009-10 to current assessment year.
Now you can Only Upload for Ay_2012-13 and Current Year 2013-14( Whose Online form yet to come).

Thank you for your valuable suggestion, But in the Income Tax Site under upload return the option to upload return from Asst. Year- 2008-09 is available. Then what purpose the option is been provided.
