MY SELF ANKIT. I HAVE A INCOME OF RS 350000 FOR F.Y. 2014-15. NOW I WANT TO FILE THE RETURN FOR F.Y. 2014-15. IS THERE ANY PENALTY OR INTEREST LEVY ?

if your net taxable income is below taxable limit after deduction then no penalty or if taxability then AO may levy Rs. 5000/- but now first file return by paying tax and interest.don't pay penalty wait for the assessment.
