Hi ...expert if I want to file my mothers return for last two years with income 1,40,000 and 1,40,000 respectively:
Sources of income:(2009-2010)-(2010-2011)
60000 from rent of H.P
80000 from Tution fees
So please advice me whether to file return in this case Bank account is required for last two years....

No Bank statement or account required for file the Income tax return in your case

In your case bank account is not required. Bank account is must in case of refund.
