21 January 2012 A Company doesnot have any bank account, therefore company can't file e-return.

Is it valid to file the return manually or is there any other option...?????

21 January 2012 instead of looking other option for effiling better to open bank acct.

is it possible there is a com without bank acct. Is that com. in rural area if not then open acct.
else the company shall have some mischievous objectves.
