07 September 2013 Can an Salary person File IT return For AY-2009-10,AY-2010-11 and AY-2011-12 Now?If Yes than what will be Penalty and Interest amt for late filing with computation?Also Give me deadline for IT return as soon as Possible.

08 September 2013 Now, you cannot file any of the return which mentioned assessment year, unless you receive notice from department. penalty will be Rs.5000 u/s.271F and interest as per sec.234A
