I think it may be problem at the time of process of CPC due to the Date of birth mismatch. So send the ITR-V acknowledgment know in case of any problem or objection raised by the CPC then file the rectification return.

Return filed under section 139(4) doesn't allow to file revised return under section 139(5) if you file it then it is invalid. So i doesn't suggested the revised return. In case your return is according to section 139(1) then revised return suggested.

Yes, Since He Mentioned That Return Already Filled, Then This Can be Understand as Return Filled in Time. Log in to https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in and go to My Account-> Rectification-> Rectification upload .
