My Que. is Can a Minor Fill his return of income ? when he earn income by his profession skill.Whose name And PAN NO. is Required for filling return of Income

Yes minor can file return in case he has received amount by using his professional skill. However the pan will be used to the minor only and PAN of minor can be alloted though the same would be signed by a representative assessee.
