While submitting itr 4 online for ay 2018-19, it is shown that ' please enter description of nature of income '. How can i provide this in itr 4 online?

Whether it is with respect to nature of business code, you have to choose appropriate businesses code, and in TDS you have to mention tds belong to self or other PAN.
