Hi , I need clarification of income tax Return . My client did one advertisement agency business in 2016(sole proprietor). after one year , he closed the business due to loss . but he not file the return for income tax and service tax (he paid, but return not done). he have TDS receivable also . so now he want to star new business. tell me solution to solve the old issue regarding for non filling income tax?
