can submited itr return for the assessment year 2011-12 now and what is the last date ?advice me thanks?

12 September 2012 ITR for AY 2011-12 can be filed till 31.03.2013.

However penalty of Rs. 5,000 may be levied u/s 271F.

12 September 2012 The last date was 31.08.2012 but you can file the same as Belated return till 31.3.2013

12 September 2012 Dear Sanyam the due date for AY 2011-12 was 1.8.2011.
31.8.2012 was the due date for AY 2012-13.

thanks for replies.A little mistake that its a TDS refund claim for assessment year 2011-12.is any penalty impose on it?

13 September 2012 Most probably penalty will not be levied in a refund case.
